Ice Cream Sundae Virtual 5K

Race on your own schedule, all September long by participating in NSF Saratoga Springs MWR Liberty’s Ice Cream Sundae Virtual 5K. Complete 3.1 miles anytime throughout the month of September and email proof to stgs-mw-proc@us.navy.mil. Participants will receive a medal. This event is open to active duty E-1 to E-6 only.
